4. Subscription & Payments

Paid plans are charged via Stripe. By purchasing a subscription or one-time plan, you agree to the applicable fees:

• Starter Pass — $19 one-time, 7-day access to one girl
• Lover Pass — $39/month, all girls, cancel anytime
• Founders Lifetime — $79 one-time, lifetime access

All charges are listed as discreet on your billing statement. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. One-time purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our content, all sales are final once access is provided. If you experience technical issues preventing access, contact support within 48 hours of purchase for assistance.

Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with any other person
• Attempt to extract, scrape, or reproduce content from the platform
• Use the Service to generate content involving minors
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or paywall systems
• Harass, threaten, or abuse any staff or automated systems

All content on the Service, including AI-generated text, images, profiles, and branding, is owned by SecretLover.ai or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, offensive, or inconsistent. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SecretLover.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
