- Account data — email address, username (alias), encrypted password
- Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We never store card numbers.
- Usage data — chat messages, which profiles you interact with, session info
- Device data — IP address, browser type, operating system (standard server logs)
- Age verification — timestamp of your 18+ confirmation
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to:
- Provide and personalize the Service (including AI conversation memory)
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Send essential account emails (confirmation, billing receipts)
- Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service
- Improve the platform based on anonymized usage patterns
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.
4. Chat Data & AI Memory
Your conversations are stored to provide continuity across sessions. We generate periodic summaries ("memories") to improve AI personalization. These are stored securely and are only used to improve your experience on the platform.
You may request deletion of your chat history at any time by contacting support.
5. Data Sharing
We share data only with trusted service providers:
- Supabase — database and authentication hosting
- Stripe — payment processing
- Venice AI — AI model inference (your messages are processed to generate responses)
- Netlify — platform hosting
Each provider is contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies only — for authentication sessions and user preferences (e.g., age gate confirmation). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers.
7. Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Chat history is retained indefinitely to support AI memory, unless you request deletion.
After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records for 7 years).
8. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access control. However, no system is 100% secure. Please use a strong, unique password for your account.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Export your data in a portable format
- Object to or restrict certain processing
